Zada E. Lane Belt

Zada E. Lane Belt age 87 of Paducah went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 2:23 p.m. Wednesday January 22, 2014 from the Baptist Health of Paducah.

Mrs. Belt was a native of  Pocahontas, Arkansas. She was a very active member of the Christ Community Church where she served as a greeter and also worked in the Ladies Ministry. Surviving is her daughter, Denise Scott and husband Joe of Paducah. one son, Mark Belt of Boaz, Kentucky. One step sister, Imogene Harned of Lone Oak. Ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Belt a son, Darryle Belt one brother. Her parents were, Hoyt Lane and Lucy Ellen Clark Lane.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday January 26, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Christ Community Church with the Rev. Tim Turner and and Rev. Roger Whetstone officiating. Private burial will take place Monday at the Maplelawn Park Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family Sunday from 2;00 p.m. till funeral hour at Christ Community Church. Keeling Family Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
