William Edward Ahrens

William "Uncle Bill" Edward Ahrens, age 77 of Clinton died Monday, February 3, 2020 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah.  He was born the son of the late Wallace Ahrens, Sr. and the late Julayne Brechlin Parker.  He attended Wingo Old Cumberland Presbyterian Church and you could often find William fishing, reading his Bible, watching movies, or listening to his favorite kind of music; classic country.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m, Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Wingo Old Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his nephew: John Sawisch (Tammy) of Fulton; his nieces: Karen Walker (Michael) of Mayfield, and Julianne Barr (Tamese) of Wingo; and several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Wallace Ahrens, Jr.; and his sister: Rosalie Sawisch.
