Shirley Ruth Higgins

Shirley Collins Higgins, age 71 of Paducah died Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Baptist Health in Paducah.  She was born the daughter of the late Sylvia Darnell Collens.  She was a homemaker, and also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She was of the baptist faith.

Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 5:0 p.m. until the memorial hour.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her daughter: Lisa Higgins of Paducah; her granddaughter: Michelle Higgins of Clarksville, Tennessee; her great grandchildren: Dorian Higgins and Ariana Mann of Clarksville, Tennessee; her brothers: Wayne Heater of Graves County, and Larry Collins of Paducah; her sisters: Ollie Nell HIggins of Benton, Debra Peck of Paducah, and Diane Coleman (Rick) of Sharpe; and her nieces and nephews: Mandy Houston, Luis Molina, Aaron McCoin, Tammy Peck, Jerry Peck, and Brandon Peck.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband:  Don Higgins; and her brother: Tony Collins.
