Roger Dean Downs

Roger Dean Downs age 60 of Calvert City Ky. formerly of Paducah, passed away Monday May 2, 2016  at 9:31 a.m. at his residence.

Mr. Downs was a native of Paducah, and was a member of the Bellview Baptist Church. He was the owner and operator of Downs Remodeling. Roger is survived by four sisters, Brenda Walton of Benton, KY., Shirley Robinson Branch and Elaine Hawes both of Fulton, KY. and Kathy Brasher of Paducah. Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Mona Ellen Abanathy Downs, his parents, Johnny D. Downs and Eva Swartz Downs, and three brothers, Johnny Lee Downs, Herman E Downs, and Timothy John Downs.

Graveside Service will be held today May 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mount Kenton Cemetery in Paducah, with the Rev. Brad White officiating. There will be no visitation.
