Norma V. Ligons

Norma V. Ligons age 77 of Lowes, Ky. passed away Thursday October 24, 2013 at 11:11 A.M. at the Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

She was a native of Paducah and was a member of the Mount Olivet Baptist Church. During her working career, she was the owner and operator of her own restaurant called the Welcome Inn. Surviving is her husband, Jackie Ligons of Lowes. Three brothers, John Matheny of Mayfield, KY., James Matheny of Mississippi, and Donald Matheny of Illinois. Two sisters, Shelia Davenport of Illinois  and Mary Nicosia   of Iowa. Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. David Sphinx officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Friends may visit with the family Monday from 9:00 A.M. till funeral hour at the funeral home.
