Lula Belle Collins

Lula Belle Collins, 82, of Paducah passed away at her home on Saturday, August 17, 2024. She was born on September 1, 1941, to the late Robert and Effie Lowe.

Lula was known for her kind personality and her ability to connect with anyone she met; she truly never met a stranger. A devoted member of the Baptist faith, she lived her life with compassion and grace. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening. She was also an avid collector of Barbie Dolls and had deep appreciation for Classic Country music.

A funeral service will be held in her honor on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, 1613 Park Ave, Paducah, KY 42001. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour at the funeral home.

Lula leaves behind her two loving daughters, Leslie Collins (James Harper) and Holly Collins, both of Paducah; one brother, Ray Lowe (Thelma) of Paducah; and her four cherished grandchildren, Tiffany Clapp (Jonathan) of Paducah, Tommy Harper of Owensboro, Robert Harper (Madison) of Paducah, and Tony Harper of Paducah.

In addition to her parents, Lula was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Collins, and one brother, Robert "Bobby" Lowe.

Lula's memory will live on in the hearts of her loving family and friends. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Collins family.
