John Potter, age 73 of Ledbetter died Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah. He was born the son of the late James Potter and the late Mary Ann Pipkins Potter. He worked in maintenance at Roth Funeral Chapel and Lindsey Funeral Home for many years.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
There are no funeral services scheduled. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife: Dianne Potter of Ledbetter; his son: John Grant Potter, II (Hollie) of Marshall County; his daughters: Sara Runyon of Graves County, and Jennifer Potter of Paducah; his brother: Lonnie Potter of McCracken County, and thirteen grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: his son: Joseph Noocha; his brothers: William Largent, James Potter, Douglas Potter, Donnie Potter, and Louis Potter; his sisters: Sissie Little and Betty Cooper.
