Joann Abanatha

JoAnn Abanatha age 66 of Cunningham passed away Wednesday November 11, 2015 at 3:09 A.M. at the Baptist Health of Paducah.

She was a native of Paducah and was of the Methodist Faith. She was a  retiree of the Western Baptist Hospital. Surviving is her husband, Ronnie Abanatha of Cunningham .One son, Tony Tynes and wife Melanie of Benton, KY. Two daughters, Lori Johnston and husband Charlie of Paducah, and Patty Penrod and husband Gary of Benton, KY. One brother, Terry Lindsey of Paducah. Eight grandchildren, Gage Tynes, Greer Tynes, Brett O'Guinn, Tara Ramage, Daniel Orr, Emily Easley, Christopher Wilson, and Zachary Wilson. Seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley Wilson Lindsey and Mary Elizabeth Powers Lindsey. One sister, Joy Jane Darnell.

Funeral service will be held Saturday November 14, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Christopher Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Marshall County, KY. Friends may visit with the family Saturday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
