George Wallace Lucas

George Wallace Lucas, age 85 of Paducah died Thursday, August 27, 2020 at his residence.  He was born the son of the late George Winston Lucas, and the late Iva Mae Neagle Lucas.  He worked in sales at Hank Brothers Hardware prior to retirement.  He attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge, and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m, Monday, August 31, 2020 at Brook Hill Memorial Park and Mausoleums.  There will be no visitation.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 

He is survived by his son:  Kenneth Lucas (Terry) of Cartersville, Georgia; his daughter: Sherry Mallory of Paducah; his grandchildren: Zachary Barron, Megan Lucas, Sarah Mallory, and Katelyn Mallory; and his four great grandchildren: Devin Smith, Haley Schnaare, Lillie Lucas, and Kynzleigh Mallory.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Cora Lillie Peck Lucas; and his two sons: Steven Lucas, and Dale Lucas.
