Frank Barker

Frank Barker, age 98 of Paducah died Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City.  He was born the son of the late Roy Harrison Barker and the late Louisa Peck Barker.  He was retired from SKW Metals and Alloy in Calvert City.  He was a founding and charter member of the North Marshall Church of Christ.  He was a World War II veteran of the United States Army.  His military service took him to Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe and Ardennes.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2020 at Sharpe Church of Christ cemetery with James Long officiating.  Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home.  Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his sisters: Norma Jean McDougal of Paducah, and Betty June East of Benton; his four grandchildren: Rusty Edwards, Chad Edwards, Suzanne Krowiak, and Heather Horine; his five great grandchildren: Brennan Horine, Brady Horine, Jack Krowiak, Ben Krowiak, and Taylor Edwards; his great-great granddaughter: Charlotte Grace Horine and his daughter-in-law: Phyllis Barker of Paducah.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Mildred Bailey Barker; his son: Ronnie Barker; his daughter: Pat Barker Edwards; his three brothers, his five sisters.
