Doris Crutchfield

Doris Crutchfield, 96, of Paducah, KY died Sunday April 12, 2020 at Oakview Nursing and Rehab. She was a retired teacher for Paducah City Schools, member of Broadway United Methodist Church, where she taught The Mutcher Sunday School Class. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Otho Ray Milliken; mother, Vera Russell Milliken; husband, Forrest Lee Crutchfield; brothers, Russell Milliken; Don Milliken; B.T. Milliken; and one sister, Irene Harper. 

Survivors include one son, Lloyd Crutchfield (Lorene), Calvert City, KY; one daughter, Melinda Eison (David), Ledbetter, KY; one granddaughter, Nichole Deel (Daniel), Hopkinsville, KY; three grandsons, Courtney Eison (Ashley); Sean Crutchfield; Ryan Crutchfield (Lynsey); four great grandchildren, Carter Eison; Grace Eison; Gabriel Crutchfield; Cash Deel; her sister: Joann Guy of Cocoa Beach, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.

Keeling and Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah is in charge of the arrangements.
