Delores Faye Rhodes

Delores Faye Rhodes, 82, of Paducah, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Parkview Nursing Home. Delores was born on October 11, 1942, in Paducah to the late Ledford and Juanita Hodges.

A devoted Christian, Delores found strength and solace in her faith, frequently attending Rickman Road Baptist Church. Her firm belief in God guided her life, shaping her nurturing personality and deep compassion for others. Delores was known for her love of family, often expressing her joy in spending time with her children. Her legacy is enriched by the countless memories created with her loved ones.

Delores is survived by her son, Charles "Tommy" Rhodes III (Sherry) of Stanton, TN; two daughters, Lori A. Rhodes of Memphis, TN, and Heather F. Rhodes of Memphis, TN; one brother, Ledford "Sonny" Hodges (Carolyn) of Florida; and three sisters, Barbara A. Arant (Barry) of Paducah, Donna Hunter of Owensboro, and Becky Brown of Paducah.

The community is invited to pay their respects and celebrate her life during the visitation on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home, 2410 Jackson Street, Paducah, KY 42003. A funeral service will follow the visitation, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location. Delores will be laid to rest in a burial service on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery, located at 824 S Dudley St, Memphis, TN.
