Charles R. Ringstaff Sr

Charles R. Ringstaff Sr. age 84 of Paducah passed away at 3:45 A.M Friday, November 11, 2016 at the Baptist Health of Paducah.

Mr. Ringstaff was a native of Paducah. He was a member of the St. Francis deSales Catholic Church and the IBEW Local 181. He was a Kentucky Colonel. Surviving is his wife Debra Ringstaff. His son, Charles R Ringstaff Jr. of Paducah and daughter, Sally Day of Norfolk, VA. Four brothers, Thomas Ringstaff of Ohio, Wesley Ringstaff of Florida and John Ringstaff and Joseph Ringstaff both of Paducah, KY. Three grandchildren and one Great grandchild. Several nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Jefferson Ringstaff and Mamie Lee Egner Ringstaff, two brothers and four sisters.

Visitation for Mr. Ringstaff will be held today November 13, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. till 4:00 P.M. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday November 16, 2016 at 12 noon at the St. Francis deSales Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Charles officiating. There will be no burial.
