Charles A. Manley, 76, of Paducah, KY died Monday, September 28, 2020 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehab in Salem, KY.

He is survived by his brother, Randall E. Manley of Killeen, TX; and one sister, LaQuita Norment of Kevil, KY.

Mr. Manley was preceded in death by his parents, William and M. Kathleen Manley; his sister, Janice Cornwell; and two brothers, William Gary Manley and Kevin Michael Manley.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Keeling and Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
