Betty Lambert

Betty Lambert, age 89 of Paducah died Friday, April 19, 2024 at her residence.  She was born the daughter of the late Charles Henry Lockett and the late Eliza Belle Stokes.  Betty worked as a cashier at both Walmart and Payless Drug Store in Paducah.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Graveside services will be 9:00 A.M. Monday, April 22, 2024 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Dr. Bud Russell officiating.  . There is no visitation scheduled. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Lambert family.

She is survived by her partner and caretaker: Marty Young of Paducah; her daughter: Brenda Cheshire Haynes (Mike) of Paducah; her seven granddaughters; and five great grand children.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Donald May; her daughter: Dorothy Coley; her brothers: Jesse Cleveland Lockett, Russell Samuel Lockett, Henry Charles Lockett, and Bill Lockett; and her sisters: Chrystena Lockett Crafton, Eula Mae Lockett and Charlene Stokes Boulnois.
